# 2.5 Prognose-ontwikkeling conditiescore

In dit onderdeel splitst u de zelfstandige woonruimten (per tak) uit naar conditiescores voor het forecast verslagjaar en het vijfde prognosejaar. Dit zijn de conditiescores conform NEN 2767. Hieronder is kort de betekenis omschreven van de conditiescores.
