# Bijlage I – Toelichting regimes en vrijstellingen

Voor alle mogelijke regimes is hieronder weergegeven welke onderdelen u moet invullen. Afhankelijk van het type regime en de vraag of er sprake is van consolidatie verantwoordt u in de dVi2025 over maximaal 5 verschillende niveaus (DAEB TI, Niet-DAEB TI, enkelvoudig, Geconsolideerde niet-DAEB verbindingen en geconsolideerd).

In onderstaand schema is aangegeven welke modellen van toepassing zijn, afhankelijk van het type scheiding en of er sprake is van consolidatie. Bij hybride scheiding en juridische splitsing is per definitie sprake van consolidatie.

### Verlicht Regime (VR)

> **NB** Verlicht regime corporaties hoeven alleen de kasstromen en W\&V gescheiden te verantwoorden naar DAEB en Niet-DAEB, niet de balans.
